4. Physical Merchandise & Orders

Physical merchandise is sold through our online store. Some items are made-to-order. Shipping, fulfillment, and returns policies are provided in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect address information.

5. Payments & Pricing

Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change. Payment is due at the time of purchase.

2) REFUND POLICY (Digital Products & Services)

All digital purchases are final. No refunds are issued for downloadable products, digital courses, or audio content. All sales are non-refundable.

Thank you for supporting The Heart-Led Living. Because Digital Products are delivered immediately and may be downloaded or streamed, we do not provide refunds once an order is completed. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

If you experience technical problems accessing a purchased Digital Product, contact us at contact@theheartledliving.com and we will assist you promptly. If we cannot resolve access issues, we will consider a case-by-case remedy at our sole discretion.

Note: Any paid live events, ticketed workshops, or bespoke coaching packages will contain specific cancellation and refund terms at the time of purchase.

3) SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY (Physical Merch & Made-to-Order Items)

Shipping & Processing

Processing time for made-to-order items: typically 3–10 business days from order confirmation. For ready-made items, processing is 1–3 business days.
Shipping transit times depend on carrier and selected shipping method. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Because many items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind.
Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items. If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number at [email]. We will evaluate the claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
If a returned item is found not to be defective, we reserve the right to decline the return.

How to Report a Defect

Email contact@theheartledliving.com within 14 days of delivery with: order number, photos of the defect/damage, and a brief description. We will respond within 3 business days with next steps.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost after carrier confirmation of delivery. If a package is marked delivered but not received, please contact us and we will work to help with carrier claims.
