At Heart-Led Living, each offering is created with intention, care, and integrity. Because of the nature of our work and products, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Digital Products & Offerings
All digital products — including but not limited to downloadable PDFs, ritual kits, audio recordings, courses, and online programs — are non-refundable.
Once access has been granted or a file has been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. This policy exists to honor the energetic and intellectual nature of these offerings.
If you experience a technical issue accessing a digital product, please contact us and we will assist.

1:1 Mentorship & Sessions
All mentorship sessions are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule a session, you may do so with at least 24 hours’ notice. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed sessions, will be considered forfeited.
Mentorship sessions are not transferable unless explicitly approved in writing.
Physical Products & Merchandise
Some physical items may be created or printed upon order.
Because of this:

Returns or exchanges are not accepted, except in cases of defect or damage
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and photo of the issue. If approved, a replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion.
